Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship to 237 countries worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination:

  • United Kingdom — Standard: 3–5 business days | Express: 1–2 business days
  • Europe — 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada — 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World — 10–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at whyb7u@gmail.com - (im working on it) and we'll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
